Rumours about the highly anticipated iPhone 16 suggest a ‘significant update’ that users say could ‘finally’ be here.
The iPhone 16 is set for a ‘significant update’ which Apple users have never experienced before, and could be released as early as this year.
Tech experts have suggested that high-end models of the new iPhone 16, including the Pro and Pro Max, will feature a new update that users will be over the moon with.
The new update could mean that it takes the iPhone just 30 minutes to do something that would have taken previous models two hours.
The prediction comes from rumours that Apple is going to feature larger batteries in the new model, so gone are the days that your phone runs out on a long journey!

Industry insiders have said that the new iPhone will charge twice as fast as older versions, saving you some precious time in the day.
The iPhone 15 line-up charges up to 50% in 30 minutes, but the upcoming devices would take just 15 minutes to reach the same level.
Now that is something we can definitely get on board with.
A wall charger’s wattage speed determines how much power it can provide to the iPhone which would determine how fast it can charge a device.
And the higher that wattage, the faster the charging – it’s all very technical.
Apple’s upcoming 16 high-end series is rumoured to have the ability to offer 40-watt wired charging and 20-watt wireless charging.
Which will offer an increase of almost double in comparison to its predecessor model.
Apple users were thrilled by the news, as some had claimed they had been waiting a long time for the major update that was ‘finally’ happening.
However, the lightning speed charging feature is probably not going to work with the charger you have now, so customers will need to purchase a compatible charger to utilise the quick battery.

To charge any iPhone faster, even dating back to the series eight device, Apple says users need a USB-C cable or USB-C to Lightning cable and a 20-watt or higher power adapter.
Before this rumour, one person took to Reddit to question why Apple hasn’t ‘made charging faster, even for the higher-end iPhones,’ as people had been complaining about the iPhone 15.
So when can we get our hands on the new device?
Well, it looks like Apple are going for a September 2024 release, meaning users will be able to access the new model sooner than they thought.
And the size of the iPhone’s batteries could be getting a boost for the standard 16, Pro and 16 Pro Max, which will have between 2-6% more battery than the iPhone 15.
Apple is also rumoured to make a major adjustment to the iPhone 16 camera, making it the first redesign since 2013…which is kind of baffling when you think about it!
Despite the rumours, Apple is yet to make any official announcements about the details in the iPhone 16.
