The influencer boxing world has just gained a potential matchup that is already making waves on social media: Pinkchyu publicly challenged Sophie Rain to a fight during Adin Ross’s Brand Risk event in Miami.
The provocation came after Sophie Rain showed off her skills with the gloves during a TikTok event by Most Valuable Promotions and said she would be willing to step into the ring someday.
“Maybe someday, if the offer is good“, Rain replied when asked about a possible fight.
Pinkchyu, known online as the “goth baddie” and who recently went viral after appearing on Drake’s dating show, took advantage of the Brand Risk event to directly challenge her.
“I would choose Sophie Rain. I would destroy her. She needs a little lesson from a dommy mommy“, Pinkchyu said during an interview.
The reference to Drake is no coincidence either.
Pinkchyu went viral after appearing on the rapper’s dating show and getting Drake to bark at her command, a moment that quickly began circulating on social media.
Now, the influencer wants to take that attention to the ring.
Sophie Rain, for her part, had already left open the possibility of making her boxing debut, although it would all depend on how much money was on the table.
For now there is no confirmed fight between the two, but the challenge has been issued, and Rain later even responded to Pinkchyu on social media, accusing her of using her name to get attention: “Keep using my name to get famous; maybe you won’t need Drake anymore”.
