Through a statement to the media, the company emphasizes that the investment, which according to it will exceed the value of 4 billion euros, is being developed in full compliance with Albanian legislation and with respect for environmental standards.<\/p>\n
It guarantees that the land where the project will be built is private property purchased legally and that the investment is expected to create over 10 thousand jobs.<\/p>\n

All transfers of purchases related to ownership have been carried out through the banking system and are easily verifiable.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith deep regret that the public\u2019s feelings are being abused on social networks and investments are being made to undermine a colossal undertaking for Albanian tourism and the economy, the company \u201cZv\u00ebrnec South Adriatic Development\u201d informs the press and public opinion as follows:<\/p>\n
In strict compliance with Albanian legislation and in continuous dialogue with the responsible institutions, the company has managed to launch the initial phase of one of the largest investments in the field of tourism in the Mediterranean Sea, by legally establishing the enclosure of the private property it possesses.<\/p>\n
While the company is developing the final construction project, with the ambition to achieve the highest architectural and environmental standards, and without the project being presented yet, we are forced to provide some explanations:<\/p>\n
The investment is expected to reach a value of over 4 billion euros, contributing with an increase of 3 to 4% in the GDP (Gross Domestic Product) of Albania, in the next 5 years.<\/p>\n
The investment will take full care of preserving the environment and biodiversity of the area and for this the investors have engaged for 2 years the most prominent competencies at a global level, for the relevant environmental studies. Which will undoubtedly be shared not only with the institutions, but also with the public.<\/p>\n
The investment will directly and indirectly create over 10,000 (ten thousand) new jobs, becoming an important engine for the economy of the area, the Vlora region and all of Albania.<\/p>\n
