In Senador Canedo, Brazil, he approached soldier Guilherme Toledo, who was working on a Military Police social project, to tell him that someone had pushed him while he was running. The officer, with all the seriousness in the world, began taking note of the case. But when he asked who was responsible, the answer caught him off guard: the accused was Rafael, his own uncle, also 5 years old.
Far from dismissing the report, Guilherme played along until the very end and even brought in his wife, attorney Thainara Alexandre, as the little accused’s ‘defender.’ Rafael did not deny it: he confessed that he had pushed his nephew because he was walking very slowly. The improvised trial ended as any family conflict should, with a handshake and Gabriel asking his uncle for his blessing, as if nothing had happened.
